We are seeking a fully licensed therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or PhD/PsyD Licensed Psychologist) to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for a therapist who is in the earlier stages of their career and eager to gain experience in private practice while maintaining a flexible schedule. The position follows a hybrid model, allowing for a mix of virtual sessions and in-office appointments, primarily in the late afternoon and evening.

Jane Ballard is passionate about mentoring MSW graduates, helping them develop their full potential and grow professionally. With over 20 years of clinical experience in diverse settings, including private practice and psychiatric care, Jane offers practical guidance on client care, building a practice, and professional growth. Supervisees will attend 3 monthly group sessions (80 minutes) with flexible scheduling, have access to individual sessions ($150), and receive ongoing support via email and phone.
